AI Developer (Automation & Integration Specialist) - Executive Operations

Compensation: $5–$7/hour (equivalent to $800–$1120/month for 40 hours/week)

About the Role:
Executive Operations is looking for a highly skilled AI Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI-powered automations, workflows, and tools that integrate LLMs (Large Language Models), APIs, and third-party platforms. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams to design intelligent solutions that increase operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and manage AI/LLM-driven automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier

• Design and refine prompt engineering frameworks and use-case specific LLM agents

• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs via API

• Work with RESTful APIs to create robust data pipelines and integrate external platforms

• Maintain and improve existing automation solutions to meet evolving business needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and deploy AI-driven solutions

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)

• Proficiency with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms

• Strong skills in prompt engineering and LLM customization

• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for backend scripting

• Experience working with APIs and automation logic

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For:

• Experience building AI agents or plugin-based architectures

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks

• Background in SaaS, BPO, or internal operations automations
