Job description
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role works closely with DevOps, Development, and Security teams to ensure our cloud solutions are robust, cost-effective, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design and implement AWS-based solutions (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS).
Infrastructure as Code: Build/manage IaC with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
System Optimization: Monitor and optimize workloads for performance, scalability, and cost.
Networking: Configure/manage VPC, subnets, security groups, Route 53, API Gateway.
Automation & CI/CD: Develop pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Security & Compliance: Implement AWS security best practices, ensure ISO/SOC2/HIPAA compliance.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party tools for alerting and issue resolution.
Collaboration & Documentation: Align infrastructure with app requirements and maintain documentation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. business hours)
Compensation: $5-7/hour (800-1120$/ Monthly/ 40 hours per week)
Job requirements
>>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
Experience with Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional preferred.
Knowledge of cloud networking and security best practices.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments and serverless architectures.
