Job description
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support Halo’s brand and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and a strong portfolio that showcases expertise across digital, print, and motion graphics.
You'll be working closely with our marketing and content teams to execute designs across social media, campaigns, digital collateral, and internal branding needs. A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.
You must also be comfortable with providing a portfolio link that includes past creative work, including graphic, motion, or digital content. This role reports directly to the U.S.-based Marketing Lead.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Design social media posts, web banners, print materials, and motion graphics.
Collaborate with content and strategy teams for branding consistency.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and short-form videos.
Support marketing campaigns with visuals that drive engagement.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
🔹 Compensation:
💰 $4–$5/hour, depending on experience
($640–$800/month, based on 40 hours/week)
🔹 Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Business Hours)

Job requirements
🔹 Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferred)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
Bonus: Experience with Figma, motion graphics, or video editing
Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback
Must submit a portfolio link showcasing relevant work
