Job description
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This is a remote role for PH-based candidates who thrive in identifying high-caliber IT talent. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing and hiring across a variety of technical roles including cybersecurity, support, development, and more—for both internal needs and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and PH tech communities
Conduct initial screening to assess technical and cultural fit
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, shortlisting, scheduling, and feedback
Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
Build and nurture a strong IT talent pipeline
Track market trends and share hiring insights
Contribute to employer branding for the PH tech hiring market
Job requirements
2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (PH talent pool strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or related field
Strong knowledge of IT roles (L1/L2 Support, Developers, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.)
Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple requisitions
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus
Shift timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Must be Philippines-based and able to work full-time U.S. hours
