Job description

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This is a remote role for PH-based candidates who thrive in identifying high-caliber IT talent. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing and hiring across a variety of technical roles including cybersecurity, support, development, and more—for both internal needs and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and PH tech communities

  • Conduct initial screening to assess technical and cultural fit

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, shortlisting, scheduling, and feedback

  • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process

  • Build and nurture a strong IT talent pipeline

  • Track market trends and share hiring insights

  • Contribute to employer branding for the PH tech hiring market

Job requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (PH talent pool strongly preferred)

  2. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or related field

  3. Strong knowledge of IT roles (L1/L2 Support, Developers, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.)

  4. Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms

  5. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  6. Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple requisitions

  7. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus

  8. Shift timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

  9. Must be Philippines-based and able to work full-time U.S. hours
